About the company

We started business as organisational and business advisers in March 1991. The first employees were taken on after a time and our activities were then expanded into the form of comprehensive accounting and tax advisory services. Our activities were performed by the small team of Dr. Pavel Švarc within his sole trading business, up until the decision to transfer all business activities into a legal entity. 

Use was made for this of a joint-stock company (called BONANZA a.s. at the time, founded a few years earlier by Dr Švarc in conjunction with his British colleague S Weston and the Children's Home in Ostrava, to generate funds by operating bingo game halls.)

The company was renamed Intras Consulting, a.s. in 2005 and Dr Švarc, by now the only shareholder, transferred to it all his current activities in providing business services.

The mission of the company is to provide high-quality processing of administrative task for a fraction of the usual costs incurred within the client's own funds.

The current organisation chart divides the staff into two accounting departments and one salaries department and makes use of specialists in the fields of tax management, law, audit and accounting expertise.

The company is entered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 2297. It has two trade licenses, for (i) accounting consulting, bookkeeping, tax records and for (ii) company, financial, organizational and business consultancy work. In addition, in accordance with established practice, tax consultancy, was also entered in the Commercial Register, which is performed by the company based on the standards issued by the Chamber of Tax Advisers of the Czech Republic.
