Today’s organizational structure divides the staff into 4 accounting teams and a payroll team and makes use of specialists in the fields of tax, law, audit and expertise.

13 years later, we made a second move from Břevnov to Veleslavín.

25th birthday

In October, together with our clients, we celebrated our 25th birthday in the amazing Žofín Palace. Among the guests of honour were S.N. Weston, co-founder of the company.

Cooperation with Cypriot partner office begins.

Intras Consulting and JUDr. Pavel Švarc

In 2005, the joint stock company was renamed Intras Consulting, a.s. and JUDr. Pavel Švarc, already at that time the sole shareholder, transferred to it all of his existing activities providing business services. With the growth of the company, the first relocation came after 12 years.

Cooperation with a British tax and accounting office begun.

In 1993, Bonanza, a.s, which operated Bingo gaming centres, was established in cooperation with S.N. Weston, a British business partner, and a children’s home for children under 3 years of age.

Beginnings

Business in the area of organisational and business consultancy began in March 1991 under JUDr. Pavel Švarc operating as an individual.

The company is registered at the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 2297. It was issued two trade licenses, namely for (i))accounting consultancy, bookkeeping, tax records, and (ii) business, financial, organisational and economic consultancy. In addition, in accordance with established practice, the tax advisory activity was registered in the Commercial Register, which the company performs on the basis of a notice from the Chamber of Tax Advisers of the Czech Republic.
